At Thrive Church we highly value servant leadership.  We have leaders who are authentic and live lives that demonstrate Christ. 

The church consists of pastoral leadership including:

Team Leader (full time)

point Executive Minister (part time)

point Youth Minister (part time)

An ‘Advisory Team’ is involved in the decision making process of Thrive Church by giving direction, outworking values and our vision. 

A leadership team which includes the Connect Group leaders, help lead the church by keeping up with people pastorally, and giving leadership to their small groups.

We value teams at Thrive and various people lead teams in children, youth, community ventures and much more.
